MOVEMENT THROUGH MENOPAUSE WORKSHOP

Ladies, this one is well worth getting booked in for.
This is a supportive session designed to help you better understand your body through midlife and beyond.
We’ll be covering things like:
Breathwork, Pelvic floor, Core, Prolapse & incontinence, HRT & Nourishment.
It’s about learning what’s going on, what can help, and how to keep moving in a way that supports you.
Whether you’re currently going through menopause, approaching it, or just want to feel more informed and prepared, this workshop will be a brilliant one to attend.

Summer Social Walk

Nothing intense or competitive - just a chance to get outside, get some steps in, enjoy the fresh air, and spend a bit of time with good people.
Whether you’re coming on your own, bringing the family, or dragging the dog out for an adventure, everyone is welcome.
It’s a great chance to meet some new people, catch up outside the gym, and enjoy a proper summer stroll.

We’ll be looking at the simple stuff that makes a big difference:
Posture, Foot strike, Arm drive, Breathing, Pacing, Running drills.
How to move better without overthinking every step.
This is for anyone who wants to improve their running, whether you’re brand new, getting back into it, training for an event, or just want to stop making every run feel like a punishment.
A chance to learn a few useful things, and hopefully leave moving a little better than when you arrived.
